点评：went to the Alpine Goat Brewery to enjoy a pleasant evening. Arrived at the brewery and ordered our beer and settled into our table on the patio, listening to a very good band. We decided to order our food, returned to our table and got another round of beer. We were having a great time and then things went downhill. In the middle of our meal we were informed that we would have to move as the section we were seated in was reserved for a special event. This announcement basically unseated approximately a dozen people. The issue I have is that when we arrived there was no signage announcing the area as reserved or otherwise. Also after having moved I noticed that this special event had their own food for the event consequently affecting the revenue of the food truck on site which had a very good selection of foods and was quite reasonable. All this being said I do not blame the staff on duty today as they were totally unaware and apologized for the inconvenience. I question the business acumen of the ownership for this confusion and total lack of communication. After their announcement I noticed at least half of those affected chose to close their tabs and leave and were very displeased. I do not see myself returning for quite some time as this soured what otherwise started out as an enjoyable afternoon.
