How this firm ruined my significant day

If there a button for terrible service I will click it for this firm. I ordered flowers two sets from this firm believing they deliver throughout the UK through partnernship as a number of firms do. I got a call from ths firm about them stating they do not deliver to any where outside Kent which was not stated on their website. Sticking to my main order to Tunbridge Wells... Flowers was not delivered or any acknowledgement made of delivery receipt. I reached out to this firm via email on the 17th Febraury 2025. and was told according to the firm, attempted delivery was made but no one was in and a calling card was left to rearrange delivery. This same address received a number of items that same day valentine day and a number of items were dropped at the door. No calling card was dropped or call made for a repeat delivery. Kindly ask this firm to refund my full money for this awful service.
