Massages cancelled, hot tub not working again

Most looking forward to the massage we Booked a few weeks earlier
Saturday comes and we wait around the hotel until out long awaited massages at 2pm.
Got to spindles around 1.30, and.were told our massages were cancelled as person was off sick. Said they tried to call but they had written down the wrong number. Could have contacted the hotel (as they are.part.of it) to confirm my contact details but didn't. Lady said she would try and do something for us around 5pm if she could, got a call.layer.to.say couldn't. Very disappointed as its part.of what we drove 90 miles for. Also hot tub not working again (2nd time.out.of 3 visits). Needs backup people to cover treatments as customers getting let down
