He then moved to the front of the vehicle, reached under the car, and suddenly declared that I had caused new damage in that area. The fact that he went directly to that specific spot — without any indication from a general inspection — strongly suggests he was already aware of it. I consider this to be a deliberate and false accusation. I categorically deny causing any such damage, and I find it completely unacceptable to be blamed for something I did not do.
This behavior not only calls into question the integrity of their inspection process but also gives the impression of a premeditated attempt to charge me for damage that was clearly not my responsibility. I view this as a serious breach of professional conduct and customer trust.
