点评:We paid around £100 for hotel pick up to the Lagoon and back
My wife and I paid top wack for 5 hours in The Retreat Spa (next to the Blue Lagoon) for 10am. Upon arrival at 10.03am the coach driver announces the last coach back is 12.15pm due to the bad weather
We had to cut our 5 hour £500 spa trip to under an hour and a half which was a stress checking the time / not fully relaxing
Once we got the last coach at 12.15pm I get an email 2 minutes later saying the last coach is now 14.15pm which if this company had emailed early in the morning / previous night we could of had 4 hours in the spa
Essentially poor communication from this company cost me and my wife £££
It took 3 weeks to get an email reply to my complaint to which they only offered an apology and no refund or any kind.
