点评:I hate to leave a negative review but I felt compelled to do so for future travellers.
We arrived at the pickup location early and waited but the bus never showed up. When we called the customer service they said that we were a no-show and that they had even called us, which is not true. In the end, we decided to take a taxi to the Blue Lagoon. At the Blue Lagoon, we met several people who told us that the bus didn’t show up, so this seems to be a frequent problem.
Later, I sent a refund request but they came up with some “proof” that the bus was there and did not refund.
For the return trip, it was raining heavily when I got a call from the customer service that the bus had a delay and that they wanted me to inform other customers who were waiting (why don’t they inform other customers). We went back to the Blue Lagoon to take shelter from the rain but you cannot see the bus stop from the Blue Lagoon’s building. The customer service promised to call me again when the bus arrived but they never called me again.
So, if you are considering to book this company’s service, I strongly suggest against it. Save your precious time and money. Don’t make bad memories. There are other tour operators who offer a visit to the Blue Lagoon as part of their itineraries.
