点评:AVOID DESTINATION BLUE LAGOON. They are a separate transport business using the Blue Lagoon name which is very misleading. We booked with them because we had read such bad reviews about other transport companies that we thought it would be best to pay extra and go direct with the Blue Lagoon (before we realised they were a separate company) because we only had limited time and didn't want any hassles. What a disaster. They sold us a ticket that said they would pick us up from Skarfabakki cruise terminal and they never showed up. We waited for an hour and then were forced to take a taxi to the Blue Lagoon to keep our 9am booking. They responded once to my email asking for reimbursement, saying they were no longer allowed to pick up from the cruise terminal and we were supposed to make our own way to Bus Stop #5- Harpa (this was in direct conflict to the instructions on the ticket itself that said if we missed the bus we had to make our own way to BSI Bus Terminal). If that was the case they should have notified me and not sold me a ticket that said they'd pick us up from the cruise terminal. We've travelled extensively all over the world and taken tours/ transport in every destination. We've rarely had issues and always take responsibility if we're at fault but this experience has left us shocked and disappointed that a company can treat it's customers with such disregard. After several follow up emails I still haven't had a response so I'm writing a negative review so that others might benefit from our terrible experience. The Blue Lagoon itself was amazing but this transport company should be avoided at all costs.
