She double booked a ride and started berating us as we were loading the car for making her late. She actually arrived early and we were ready to meet her. My wife was struggling to lift our bags in her car and meanwhile, she continued to insult her while not lifting a finger.
When I finished hailing our suitcase down 4 flights of stairs, she proceeded to try to take out her annoyance on me. Having none of that, I told her it's her own fault for double booking and she was not transparent with either me or the next customer. She tried to refuse us the ride but with our luggage in the car and her apparently not willing to help at all, she had to drive us to the train station, so we could take our luggage out, cursing at us in Italian the entire way.
It's hard to believe her claim that she's been driving for 40 years as she is the most unprofessional taxi driver I've ever met.
