点评：BREATHTAKING!!!
It’s hard to put into words how incredible this place is!!!! My dad in his role in health and safety had worked on the building work of the Rectory so he was excited to take his family along to see the finished result of the whole project. We really couldn’t have anticipated what we saw - and all in the tiny Cornish hamlet of St Ive! A stunning experience from the minute you park in the car park: the team, the beautiful restaurant, the shop packed with poignant items, the refurbished Rectory, and last but not least the INCREDIBLE War Rooms. All telling the story of a forgotten woman in British history - Emily Hobhouse! She quite literally changed the world for women’s rights and freedoms at a time when their voices were disregarded. She needs to be added to our schools’ curriculum, a statue erected in London and celebrated as the true hero she was! I’m so happy to have been able to hear her story and to be able to share it further. I encourage everyone to visit this truly remarkable place!!! The best museum experience I’ve ever had - and it’s in Cornwall!
