点评：My boyfriend and I stumbled upon Emanuele’s place by chance, initially just to taste his olive oil — which turned out to be absolutely incredible. But what we discovered went far beyond that: Emanuele also introduced us to his gin distillery, and we had the chance to taste his outstanding gin.
Coming from London, we’re used to high-quality gin — yet Emanuele’s creation is by far the most flavorful we have ever tasted.
Emanuele took a lot of time to share his passion with us, and we highly recommend this experience.
He first gave us a tour of his garden, which he cultivates using permaculture techniques. We explored the plants he grows to create new seasonal cocktail flavors.
Then we were invited to smell the herbs he infuses into his gin and to learn about his entire distillation process, from start to finish.
Emanuele also ships his products all across Europe, making it easy to continue enjoying his creations even after your visit.
