点评：I was sure that I had done this review already, but I can’t seem to find it!! So I’m rewriting it again as I really want Barry and the team to see this. Thank you so much to Caroline and the team for allowing us to book a time and a day that suited us. We had to cancel the first time as I wasn’t well. Caroline was so helpful and accommodating! I wish everywhere provided great Customer Service like this. She is fab. Our tour was absolutely brilliant! We booked this so I could show my partner the village, as we are hoping to move there. Our guide was called Barry and he had a wealth of knowledge about the village and its history. Our tour ran over the allotted time, but this was because Barry was considering a disabled person in our group who couldn’t walk very fast. He was so considerate and checked if we were all ok for time. Me and my partner learnt SO much and I found Barry to be very authentic. The knowledge he had was incredible. We also got chatting to some of the others on the group at the end which was really nice. People from all over the UK! It really was a day to remember and we’re excited to come back and check out the museum next! Thank you so much to Caroline, Barry and the team. Two very happy customers :) Emily and Euan.
