点评:I attended the Casual Cookery Hub with my 10 year old daughter in January. We took the pasta making class with Anthony and had an amazing time!
Anthony is a very knowledgeable and experienced Chef and made the class very enjoyable, in a relaxed and cosy atmosphere.
We learnt how to make Agnolotti parcels and fresh Tagliatelle.
The course explains the basic techniques of pasta making along with making the dough, rolling the pasta, making the filling and hanging the tagliatelle.
Anthony was also great at offering little tips on how to prepare certain foods and season as well as cutting techniques.
He also explains what are the best ingredients for each dish and where to buy the same products he showcases with. This is really handy when trying to replicate this at home.
At the end of the making, we were treated to a cooking experience which ended with a wonderful tasting session of all the pasta and Anthony’s top notch sauces!
I would highly recommend this course and we have already out our new found skills to the test at home!
