Awful place, awful wine

点评：We love calling in on wineries, sampling different types of wines, experiencing good service and food to accompany the wine.
Unfortunately, this winery is definitely one to avoid.
At the time of our visit, there was a small group on a tour, the staff were all over them explaining the wines, obviously expecting to sell as much wine to them whilst ignoring both ourselves and other customers, a waitress walking aimlessly with a tray of cheese and biscuits not knowing who they were for.
By the time we finally got served, we bought a selection of 6 wines to taste (3 white, 3 red) , the wines were the worst we've ever tasted, then again, the whites were warm and reds cold, not once were we asked about the wines as the staff continued pushing their wines on the group, we ended up chucking the wines away as they were so awful, on paying for the 'wines' after again, waiting, the girl behind the counter was so confident we'd buy some wine was taken aback when we didn't - what a shame!
There is clearly an 'attitude' problem at this winery when it comes to customer service, obviously thinking that their cheap and nasty wines are worth something, which there definitely NOT!

这家酒庄的客户服务态度显然有问题，他们显然认为这些廉价劣质的酒值钱，但事实并非如此！
可惜的是，这家酒庄绝对不值得一去。
