Amazing hotel, stunning room, beautiful food and yet still I can only give them 3 out of 5.

点评：This hotel gets so much right but is undone by a few essential points.
Room
Beyond perfect… 5 stars all the way.
Staff
With the exception I will come to at the end the staff were all perfect. Polite, hospitable and friendly.
Food
Totally perfect
Delicious, varied and well presented.
Grounds
Well maintained and smart with great landscaping and beautiful flowers and trees
So how could I give this resort only 3 out of 5 in my review…..
The pools
Main pool
Did not use, was witness to the rope drop stampede for sunbeds on first day an experience that is demeaning to the guests and un befitting a 5 star hotel. Stayed long enough to witness the lack of sunbeds and the pleasure the lifeguards took in making small children cry by enforcing the no swim aids policy this hotel employs without prior notice.
Water park
A major health hazard and would be closed immediately in the uk.
90% of the sun loungers and a good portion of the flume set up is covered with bird droppings and no effort was made to clean either during our stay. The paving is filthy with weeds growing through and again not cleaned during our stay. There is a lot of dirty and damaged loungers and chairs.
Lifeguards weren’t great and poorly supervised leading to unprofessional behaviour towards guests.

没有使用，第一天就目睹了人们争抢日光浴床，这种体验对客人来说很不礼貌，也与这家五星级酒店的形象不符。我待了很久，亲眼目睹了日光浴床的匮乏，以及救生员在未经事先通知的情况下强制执行禁止游泳辅助设备的规定，把小孩子逗得哭闹不已。
