Terrible, avoid at all cost

点评：Genuinely horrific to deal with. Booked a campervan to travel to the Europa League final, paid the £99 out-of-hours collection fee and confirmed my time of arrival when booking and again before I left. I contacted them again on the day of travel to confirm the pickup time and was told the depot would be closed at that time, and I couldn't collect it. This occurred on the day of travel, and despite pointing out that I had previously confirmed my arrival time and paid extra for it, they said no and stopped responding on the live chat. I then had to book an Airbnb for the night, and they refused to give me the van until 9:30 am the next day. When I arrived at the depot to collect the van, the on-site staff told me he had been there until midnight the previous night, waiting as nobody on the online team had actually checked with him depot opening times. We then had nearly a 2-hour wait to get the van as their systems weren't working. Have flatly refused compensation or a refund for anything I've paid for that they then stopped me using. Terrible sham of a company, avoid at all costs
