点评:This hotel offers parking for the cruise ships leaving out of Port Canaveral through Park Port Canaveral. I made my reservation online for parking but one must contact the hotel to pay for your parking before arriving. Once I made my reservation, I never received any email confirmation. Upon contacting Park Port Canaveral, they said to contact the hotel directly.
I called the hotel front desk and was placed on hold 7 times with total hold time being over 1 hour. The person working was the only one at the front desk and was too busy checking in hotel guests. When she finally came back on the line, I told her to cancel the reservation. Which she did. No apologies or anything for the long wait time other than " I am the only one here."
Upon further research, while on hold, there are many complaints where when you arrive the hotel cannot find your reservation. In addition, sometimes the shuttle to the cruise port never shows up. You are told to take an Uber or Lyft and pay for it as they will not reimburse you.
Clearly, the parking for a cruise is a side revenue stream for the Four Points. This is so poorly run that I cannot recommend using this service at all! This is a disgrace to the Four Points by Sheraton brand.
