Tinicum Park Polo Club的点评
点评：The Tinicum Park Polo Club held its opening games on the last Saturday in May. You might think a polo club is like a private club, but they are actually a very friendly group.
Members of the public are welcome to tailgate or picnic while watching the chukkas, which are the segments of the day’s game. The cost is $20 per car. There are usually four or six. Each lasts seven and a half minutes.
They have a two community tents with seating for folks like us. At the far side of the field we saw about thirty cars, all set up with chairs, tables and food.
The announcer keeps you current how the game is going and explains the rules as he goes along. This is helped by the club magazine they give you on arrival.
This is fun if you are a picnic fan who want to see what polo is all about or a polo fan who wants to learn more about the game and meet people who teach or are players.
We will probably attend several times this summer.
