Would I getter a better than the resort? I went to find out. (The answer is yes!)

点评：After a couple of days relaxing at the villa, and getting quite good massages from the in-house therapists, I wanted to get out and see how it compared to the local massage therapy businesses In Cheong Mon. There's so many here that it was hard to decide, so I asked a friend who lives in Samui and they said "Just go to Body & Soul".
After slipping off your shoes, you're welcomed by smiling, uniformed therapists, and shown through the service menu. After asking what I had been doing lately, what problem areas I had, and what my preferences were I decided to follow their suggestion of a 90 minute Signature Massage.
After quickly bathing and placing slippers on my feet, I was led to an immaculately clean room, with fresh towels and flowers, cool air conditioning, and prepared for the treatment.
The Signature Massage was a combination oil massage, with a range of techniques used on the whole body, firm when it needed to be (the therapist always checked to make sure I was comfortable) while being relaxing. Sometimes when I get a massage that's longer than an hour I start hoping it will be over soon, but I was so in the zone that the time drifted past wonderfully.
Once over, I was given time to get myself ready and then when I stepped back into the main part of the salon, there was tea and some small delights to eat to prepare myself before walking out.
End to end it was a true 5 star salon experience, and I think probably better than the in house treatments at my accomodation — because the treatment felt better, less rushed, and personalised to what I needed.
I'll be back again a few times before I leave.
