点评：We booked a couples’ hammam experience, but unfortunately, the treatment itself was disappointing. The room was excessively slippery and poorly lit—not in a warm, atmospheric way, but almost entirely dark, with only one light left on. To make matters worse, the electricity kept cutting out, and at one point, our therapist had to use her phone’s flashlight. It felt like a serious health and safety hazard, especially with even the staff struggling to keep their footing. I also kept sliding off the treatment slab, making the experience uncomfortable. I’ve visited other hammams without encountering these kinds of issues. This spa needs to improve its building maintenance.
Beyond that, the spa has so much potential, yet its promotional materials and products feel cheap, rather than embracing the high-quality, natural ingredients the island has to offer. It’s a missed opportunity to create something truly special.
That said, the scrub and massages were excellent, and our therapists were absolutely lovely. I would happily return for the massage alone, but the hammam itself needs urgent upgrades to improve both safety and the overall experience.
