点评：Travelling can be daunting at the best of times, but travelling with a disabled companion had left us feeling genuinely anxious about our journey from Holyhead to Dublin. We needn’t have worried.
From the moment we arrived at Holyhead Port, the Stena Line team were simply outstanding. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They instinctively knew how to offer assistance with kindness, dignity and respect—never once making us feel like a burden or being in the slightest bit patronising. They struck exactly the right balance, and that made all the difference.
Once on board, we’d like to give a special mention to Daniel and Aaron. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout the crossing, regularly checking that everything was alright and anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their genuine care, good humour and professionalism transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing journey.
Our experience didn’t end there. On arrival in Dublin, the Stena team continued the same exceptional standard of customer service. Disembarkation was seamless, efficient and completely stress-free. A special thank you to Nathan, who promptly arranged a taxi for us and ensured the wheelchair was returned to the ferry without any fuss. His efficiency, friendliness and reassuring manner rounded off our journey perfectly.
Customer service like this deserves to be recognised. Every member of the Stena Line team we met treated us with kindness, patience and genuine compassion. They didn’t just help us get from A to B—they gave us the confidence to travel without worry.
