Not happy with Bamboo Beach excursion

点评：We just got the regular Bamboo Beach excursion. It started off totally unorganized. One person was in charge of 20 people for all inclusive food and drinks. Our hostess, Chrissy was pleasant enough but I felt bad for her having to try to take care of that many guests. Our food was cold, we got our food at different times. The chairs aren’t loungers and very uncomfortable, the drinks were watered way down and the only reason we got our drinks was by going to the bar to try to attempt to get a drink. First two times we were declined stating our hostess would take care of us. After that happened we tried one more time and they finally gave us a drink. We had to find our hostess to let her know we needed to get back to the ship. We barely made it. I am not a complainer by nature but I’d hate to see anyone else waste their money.
