点评：Our recent trip to Sri Lanka was extraordinary, and I'd like to thank to Santush and Sunthu Travels who was the tour operator for most of the trip. Santush made us feel welcome and at ease. With his genuine hospitality, we had a memorable journey. Santush is very thoughtful and attentive. Our travel group included senior citizens: my parents and mother-in-law, and he went above and beyond to ensure their comfort throughout the trip. Accommodating special requests, adjusting plans to suit their pace, or simply checking in on their well-being, Santush was consistently supportive and kind.
His punctuality and professionalism: 10 on 10! Always on time, managed our itinerary with precision, and ensured that we made the most of every moment in Sri Lanka without ever feeling rushed. Within a short time, he grasped our preferences and curated experiences that were perfectly suited to our interests. His local knowledge and insights enriched our trip in ways we hadn’t anticipated.
