But whenever I need a break after a long day—whether it's a delicious meal, a refreshing cocktail, or a fresh Maine beer—Garden Street Bowl never disappoints. This French Canadian/Asian-inspired gastropub has quickly become one of my favorites.
After living in Kennebunk for 30 years, their menu is a welcome change of pace for locals looking to escape the usual lobster rolls and blueberry pie. I always go for the special, which is often something uniquely crafted, like grilled tuna, salmon, or mahi-mahi tacos with homemade Asian slaw and fresh, flavorful sauces. Their burgers and fries are a must—my husband won’t go anywhere else for a burger. And the appetizers? They’re meals on their own! The fried Brussels sprouts and hand-cut fries, paired with a variety of dipping sauces, satisfy every carb craving. If you're looking for a laid-back dining experience without the crowds and traffic, Garden Street Bowl is the perfect casual spot for a night out.
