We paid for extra time we didn’t receive, and staff didn’t understand when I raised it. We did not tip because of this, and because we were being asked to tip.
After messaging the general manager, she handled it well—arranged a return visit with transfers and a free full hour massage. The second visit was much better: therapists listened and took care (Asia - pronounced Ass-iya- and “number 200” - name unknown). We wanted to tip, but we didnt have cash.
However, the nail salon manager came across as two-faced—friendly to us but visibly negative when her manager passed, then tried to cover it. I pulled her up on this (with banter), then didnt see her for the rest of our visit.

⭐ bumped to 4 stars thanks to the excellent second visit and the general managers professionalism (if she was negative with the salon manager, she did not make it obvious, and she didnt oversell friendship like the others)
