点评:My Wife & myself have both been visiting Butlins Skegness since we were very young (we are both in our 60's now) over the course of all of our trips we have spent many thousands of pounds with them. More recently, probably the last 10 years or so, we have loved going to the Big weekends they hold there, some of the live artists we have seen have been absolutely brilliant.
Unfortunately somehow we managed to double book and arrange a short Christmas & New Year trip to Spain which overlapped another Big Weekend soul trip that we had already booked for 2nd January 2026 at the Skegness resort. As soon as we realised what we had done I contacted Butlins by telephone to see if we could rebook for another weekend later in the year (March 26) to coincide with my Wife's Birthday. I was told that because our booking was less than 60 day away (I called literally 58 day's away) I was not able to rebook but I also couldn't have any type of refund or credit.
You can imaging my shock! We've been visiting this resort for more than 50 years and they are happy to lose our business for the sake of 2 days. Butlins, seriously, take a look at yourself. We are loyal customers, spending thousands of pounds and you treat us like dirt.
