点评：See ya later ranch is one of my fav places to visit. The view and wine are always so good. We decided to try their Friday night dinner series and we visited for Italian night. The food was excellent but it was very poorly organized. It was a sold out dinner. You had to have a reservation in order to be apart of it so surely they had a rough idea of numbers for the evening. Dinner was buffet style which needs to be controlled better. People were going up for seconds before some of us had even had firsts (long line waiting for food top up) the serving utensils were covered in food from sitting in the empty trays and not replaced or cleaned. For dessert, we were informed that there was only 23 pieces… when the whole barn area was full of people. Overall, food was great but the kitchen and the staff seemed super unprepared for the evening. The staff were lovely though so not entirely floor staffs fault.
See Ya is still one of my fav places and I will be back but just for wine tastings or bistro. The dinner series is a great concept but needs some improvement.
