An incredible experience, I didn't want to leave!
Karongwe Private Reserve的点评
点评：We had such an amazing and incredible time at Karongwe Reserve, we couldn’t have asked for more. Every single person we encountered was so accommodating and lovely, the food was sublime and the wildlife experiences were next-to-none. I truly couldn’t fault a single moment.
We stayed at Kuname Lodge which was breathtakingly beautiful, in the heart of the bush surrounded by birds, lizards, monkeys and the gorgeous Nyala that frequent the grounds. The staff at Kuname made sure that even outside of our game-drives, we had a wonderful time!
Our guide and tracker team was fantastic. They shared their knowledge, humour and friendliness with us every day and I couldn’t be more grateful to spend so much time with them.
Karongwe nurture an ethical practice of game drives in which they only allow two cars to be viewing specific animals at any time. This makes for a quiet and calm atmosphere for the animals and guests. Don't worry though, the guides are excellent at communicating and all share the space with each other, allowing everyone a view when possible.
We stayed for 7 nights which gave us lots of game drives, where we were lucky enough to see the Big 5 and the Ugly 5 as well as hundreds of birds and exciting sightings of lesser seen animals like Jackals and a Honey Badger!
Karongwe will forever hold such a special place in my heart, I hope that one day I’ll be lucky enough to be able to visit again.
