点评:My review is taken from a survey that was sent to me from Holiday Hills about my stay, I was waiting for a response from them before posting my review on line. After requesting a response 2 different times and they not reponding, here's my review:
"CHANGE THE BED SHEETS BEFORE THE GUEST ARRIVE!! Asked several HH staff members if Housekeeping washes guest's laundry. After getting the answer I expected it was agreed that there was no other possible explanation why there would be a dirty sock made into the bed other than the sheets were not changed but just remade. Further examination of the sheets revealed body hairs.
Another attention getter was the 5 inch animal bone found in the hanging light fixture above the dining table. Stuffed inside the bone was what looked to be feces. Guessing by the small hairs mixed with the feces it to be dog or cat. I'm guessing dog. Showed the bone to an HH employee before discarding.
Minor issue was the sink in the bathroom had some linkage problem where the stopper could not be raised allowing water to drain. Don't know how the cleaning staff missed this since it was that way the first time I used the sink.
Finally there was the issue of security. All three balcony doors were unlocked upon my arrival. Even a person like me, in their sixties, could easily enter from the outside."
Something I would like to add that was not part of the survey was when I told the front desk about the dirty sock they asked several questions including Were there any visible stains? REALLY?! Is no visible stains a mitigating factor that makes it all better? I didn't look!! The dirty sock was enough for me. That, and the body hairs.
This is not the first time I suspected Holiday Hills if not changing the sheets and that is why I always now bring my own and change out theirs.
And lastly, Why do they still hang bath towels less then 6 inches from the toilet? How many flushes have occurred since they were placed there.
