点评：I recently visited Pepper Bridge Winery with my family - my mother, who is 91 years old, and my sisters. We had made a reservation and were looking forward to a special celebration, as one of my sisters had traveled from Ecuador to visit us. Unfortunately, our experience was far from the welcoming atmosphere we expected.
Upon arrival at 4 PM, we were immediately made to feel unwelcome.
The staff member seemed rushed and indicated they were closing in 30 minutes, despite their website showing a 5 PM closing time.
We felt the server was dismissive and uninterested in providing a quality tasting experience
The wine presentation lacked any meaningful explanation or engagement.
What should have been a memorable family celebration turned into an uncomfortable and disappointing encounter. The staff's attitude made us feel unwelcome and rushed, completely undermining the joy of our rare family gathering.
