点评:Well, I have read some reviews and while realizing that these are all opinions of individual travellers I unfortunately have to agree with the fact that this spa just does not deliver the experience it should.
Let me start with the first impression.
Not the best, not the friendly professional greeting one could, should expect.
Most of the front desk staff was busy on the phones.
Oh well, I guess it’s the norm these days.
The change rooms are clean and the whole experience in the spa area was beautiful.
Lots of Sauna options, hot and cold pools. Beautiful
Relaxation rooms.
Interaction with the staff never included a smile or a greeting.
Unfortunate lack of training for sure!
The lunch was an absolutely disappointed.
I actually could not even eat it.
When the plate was removed, no one even cared about the fact that it had not been eaten.
Again total
Lack of training.
The shampoo, conditioner and soap are cheap excuses.
Unbelievable lack of care for the guests.
It’s those little
things that truly make a difference.
Unfortunately non of the little
things were addressed here. Too bad!
One should
Leave this place with a total feeling of all around satisfaction and not the feeling of a
Mediocre experience due to the lack of care.
