Terrible online ordering system

点评：This is regarding an order online. I wanted 2 blinds the same, other than one was larger than the other one.
After ordering both they inform me by email one is out of stock. I try to ring the Enfield store, they never answer the phone. I then ring customer services who advise me to order on Friday and then I can pick up both on the Monday. Friday comes and says can't order have to do it after 12pm Sunday. Sunday comes then is says I have can order but can't pick up till Wednesday.
In the meantime the first blind has to be picked up the Monday or the order is cancelled. I don't want 2 trips to the store, it's not that near so after further advice from customer services the first blind has been cancelled and I have to reorder and should get them both Wednesday......I will see.
