尼斯歌剧院的点评
点评：Went for a 3pm performance of a ballet double programme, including work by Philip Glass.
Astonishing value for front row seats in a box.
Drinks and tarte tatin in nearly empty bar.
Loved the show and the whole experience.
Then returned for opera Le Villi, where our experience was poor.
The Surtitles in English and French didn’t appear because the machine was broken! Not great timing as it was the first ever opera for one of us, so had no idea what was going on.
Supposedly set in the Black Forest so didn’t really understand why the set was white most of the time … maybe it was winter.
This time, as we were sat up in the heavens, we noticed that the ceiling was starting to crumble, so the names of some of the composers couldn’t be read. The walls were peeling too.
On leaving we went down the stairs all the way to the bottom to find no signs at all as to how we could get out.
Told a lady on the door, only to get the usual Gallic shrug.

包厢前排的座位性价比超高。
在几乎空无一人的酒吧里喝了点饮料，吃了焦糖苹果挞。
很喜欢这场演出和整个观剧体验。
之后又去看了歌剧《小丑》，但体验却很糟糕。
英文字幕和法文字幕都没有显示，因为机器坏了！这真是太不巧了，因为我们其中一人是第一次看歌剧，所以完全不知道发生了什么。
据说故事发生在黑森林，所以我们不太明白为什么舞台布景大部分时间都是白色的……也许是因为冬天吧。
这次，我们坐在高台上，发现天花板开始剥落，一些作曲家的名字都看不清了。墙壁也开始脱落。
离开时，我们沿着楼梯一直走到最底层，却发现没有任何出口指示牌。
