点评：Absolutely disgusted with guy that was serving customers today!
My 6 year old son wanted an ice cream and this was the only place we could get one. There was only one person in the queue we were next. Just as the person left a group of 3 people barged in front of myself and my son! I asked the family politely and said 'Excuse me,my son and I were here first'. Rudely, they all ignored me even though I knew they could hear me as they were standing right next to me! I then said to the guy serving that my son and I were here first. He shrugged his shoulders and continued serving the people who barged in front of us! I could not believe his mannerism. Absolutely disgusting. My son is only 6 and was do excited and waited so patiently for an ice cream! The guy serving has no people skills and shouldn't be dealing with customers. Ice cream tbh was a rip off but I was willing to buy my son one due to being good. But there was no way I was going to give a rude guy my money for being so ignorant! Bicester village is full of tourists and locals, if you don't have manners and professionalism then don't work there!
