Poorly managed campsite

点评：Nice setting. Far away from the city. Good access to the lake and a lovely waterfall. Most sites are very exposed with no privacy and lack trees.
Initially, we wanted to change our reservation. We tried to contact the Kaloya contracting who deals with the campsite management but they were unreachable by phone or email. This was the first signal that the campsite was very poorly managed.
We arrived a cold rainy Friday to a campsite with no trees so we could not set up a tarp. The campground was half empty and we inquired about relocating to another site. There were two elderly park rangers that upon us asking respectfully about our options, laughed in our faces and treated us with disrespect. They should not be working with the public.
After one miserable night, we forfeited our other nights and left very disappointed.
