Mid-Continent Railway Museum的点评
点评：We were disappointed. The train ride was 10-15 mph, scenery was just creek, farm, woods, then just stopped 20 minutes out in the middle of nothing (we were told we were going to a city but we didn't) then we waited 10 minutes for the engine to reconnect at the back..... all kids on the train were getting rambunctious as we waited. The caboose was to be our original seat, but the windows looked so small to see out of, that we switched to the regular coach. The train was cold, the conductor told a couple of jokes, but very little about the history of the train. The museums were nice, but it would have been nice if they had high walkways throughout, so you could see inside the trains....you could only do this for some of them, but others, were so tall, that you could not. We drove 90 minutes one way to attend this, thinking it was going to be a colorful, informative, historical, fact filled adventure, but we left disappointed. The museum would have been great if there were people to explain the trains, instead of having placards placed in front of the trains, where 7-8 people clamored to try to read it all and then congested the entire rest of the group. I would say..... pass on this. Enjoy the other things that the Dells has to offer..... try the horse wagon adventure it's so pretty.
翻译：我们很失望。火车时速只有10-15英里，沿途风景只有小溪、农场、树林，然后在20分钟后突然停了下来（我们被告知要去一个城市，但并没有去），然后我们等了10分钟，等火车尾部的引擎重新连接起来……等待的时候，火车上所有的孩子都变得吵闹起来。我们原本的座位是守车，但是窗户太小，看不到外面，所以我们换到了普通车厢。火车上很冷，列车员讲了几个笑话，但很少讲火车的历史。博物馆很不错，但如果它们在整个过程中都有高高的走道就更好了，这样你就可以看到火车的内部了……你只能在其中一些博物馆里这样做，但其他博物馆太高了，你看不到。我们单程开了90分钟的车来参加这次活动，以为这将是一次丰富多彩、信息丰富、历史悠久、充满真相的冒险，但我们失望地离开了。如果博物馆里有人讲解火车，而不是在火车前摆放标语牌，那就太好了。到时候七八个人吵着要看完，把其他游客都挤得水泄不通。我想说……别这样。好好享受戴尔斯的其他乐趣吧……试试马车探险，太漂亮了。
