夏威夷热带植物园公园的点评
点评：Jaw is still dropped at this amazing, unforgettable place that offers so much more than the collective splendor of exotic flowering plants. Yes, It is 2-3 miles of paved and well-maintained paths with a thick supply of stunning flowers 🌺 🌸🪻🪷 . 45 minutes into the walk, we were still encountering flowers and plants that were not earlier on the path.
So, besides all the beautiful blossoms of a botanical garden, you enter the Garden of Eden. Cultivated plants are so organically incorporated into the surrounding environment, they all seem native. The garden grounds lower down to the ocean coast, and you can peep through pandalus trees and travelers palms at the waves smashing into the rocky shore. There’s even multiple outlook points with benches , so you can sit under the tree canopy and watch the sea at the same time!
The cost of $35/person is well worth it.
The only suggestion for improvement is to include vernacular names of plants in addition to the botanical names.
