Worst Kerala Trip Experience – Blessing Trip & Dream Kerala Cabs and Holidays

点评：Ignored Special Request: I clearly told them my mother is elderly and cannot walk long distances. Still, they added a forest visit that required a 3 km trek (3–4 hours). The driver said it was impossible without trekking, so we had to skip it.
Wasted First Day in Munnar: Because of the skipped forest visit, the driver only took us to 1–2 sightseeing spots and dropped us back to the hotel. We spent the rest of the day stuck in the resort.
No Support from Travel Agent: The company’s representative (Manu) never called to check on our trip. She only called twice to ask for pending payments. She even claimed the driver was asking for payment, but the driver denied it.
Extremely Rude Driver: The driver, Mansoor from Dream Kerala Cabs and Holidays, was arrogant and shouted at us. When I called Manu during this, she heard him yelling but did nothing. Instead, she told me, “Let the driver speak, don’t discuss with him.”
Poor Last Day Planning: On the final day in Trivandrum, only two activities were planned — Padmanabhaswamy Temple and the zoo/art gallery. We finished both by 12 PM. When I complained, Manu said, “There is nothing else in Trivandrum.” We ended up wasting hours in Lulu Mall.
Payment Changed Behaviour: After I completed the payment, the driver’s behaviour became worse. He acted like he was in charge and we had to follow his orders.
Conclusion:
Blessing Trip planned a poor, impractical itinerary and gave us a rude, arrogant driver from Dream Kerala Cabs and Holidays. This trip was ruined for me and my family. Not recommended at all.
