点评：Extremely Disappointing and Unhygienic Experience – Beware of This Travel Agent
Our trip to Munnar and Kerala arranged by Blessings Trip Travel Agent was a complete nightmare. This package felt like it was designed to cheat, loot, and manipulate customers by tying up with substandard hotels.
The hotel rooms were dirty and unhygienic, with lizards freely roaming and spider webs clearly visible, showing zero concern for cleanliness. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for families.
Basic amenities were missing:
• No lift, making it extremely difficult for elders
• No curtain rods or proper arrangements to hang dresses
• The so-called extra mattress was nothing but a C-grade hospital-style bed, uncomfortable and unfit for human use
To make things worse, the chick shampoo provided was of the lowest quality, clearly not meant for hotel use. This shows how cheaply everything was managed.
Overall, this felt like a deliberate scam, where the travel agent oversells the package but delivers below-average, poorly maintained hotels through manipulation with hotel chains. This is not just bad service—it is misrepresentation and exploitation.
I strongly do NOT recommend Blessings Trip Travel Agent for Munnar or Kerala packages. Save your money, peace of mind, and dignity by choosing a transparent and reputable travel company.
