Harpenden Museum的点评
点评：I spent two hours in the museum on my first visit. I would have stayed longer if it weren’t time to close. I must congratulate and thank them. The current exhibition about how the railway changed Harpenden is brilliant and gave me cause to return. Based in the new Eric Morecambe Centre in the beautiful Rothamstead Park. Harpenden museum must be this little country towns crown.
The volunteers who staff the museum are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you ask a question they’re unable to answer a little Googling and they are back with the answer in minutes.
From now on if ever I have friends visiting or staying over the Harpenden museum will be our first port of call.
I use a rather large electric wheelchair. The museum and It’s design means electric mobility aids are as welcome as all.
Congratulations to all involved in putting the museum together.
I already have my next visit in my diary.
