Great Falls, Even Greater Views
大瀑布国家公园的点评
点评：We visited Great Falls Park in late September, and it was the perfect time to go. The air was cool but not cold, and the early fall colors were just starting to peek through the trees.
The views are breathtaking. The water is loud, fast, and powerful, and watching it crash over the rocks is honestly kind of mesmerizing. There are multiple overlooks that are super easy to walk to, and each one gives a slightly different angle of the falls.
The trails are well-kept and there’s a good mix of casual walks and more rugged paths if you want to explore further. I will definitely come back with intention to hike deeper around the bend!
If you’re anywhere near northern Virginia, it’s absolutely worth the visit. Go in early fall if you can. The cooler weather and changing leaves make it even better!
