点评:We were stunned by the number of stores closed at MDO. Polo, gone. New Balance, gone. Coach, gone. In fact the only stores worth visiting were Eddie Bauer and Le Crueset. Simon Pearce is lovely, but hardly an outlet unless you are in the market for $500 glass vases. There are a few women's dress shops open, but that didn't mean anything for us. The website and maps for MDO have not been updated - so the casual tourist of visitor has no idea this is a ghost town until they arrive. I mentioned this to one of the staff in one of the shops, and she said "yeah, we have been asking for these to be updated, New Balance has been gone for 4 years" There are a few places still open across the street at Manchester Square but the glory days of MDO seem to be long gone.
There are no restrooms - we were told we had to go across the street to McDonalds. The landscaping is terribly overgrown and unkempt.
This is a sad state of affairs. I recall when Manchester Center was a reliable destination for some real designer outlet stores offering some terrific finds. Those days are gone.
