Bear Town London的点评
点评：We had a most amazing outing at Bear Town in Birchen Grove today. The staff were very friendly from arrival to the end. I like that they approached all the little people and interacted with them as a welcome to the venue. Also, at the end, the stickers and Bear Town balloons were a hit as a goodbye send-off. My kids absolutely had a ball, as did I :) There are so many play stations to keep them interested over the 2-hour session.
Some feedback: 1) Please can you buy a few pairs of play scissors for the hair salon 2) Also, please can the staff rather wait for the Tidy Up Song to start, which is 15 minutes before the end to tell customers to start tidying up, rather than 30 minutes before the end. It felt like the fun was cut 15 minutes too soon. Despite this, we will return. Also, after Bear Town, visit the aquatics and the little park - all onsite and added to our fun day!
