点评：Do not go! - avoid at all costs!
We used the lounge last year and it was great so we rebooked for this year- BUT it’s not the same it’s changed big time. It’s not a lounge, you can’t relax no hot food and the food that is available is just beige cheap and awful. If you like carbs then great but no healthy options at all. It’s just embarrassing what this has now become, escape! Yes we wanted to escape from this it really wasn’t the best start to the holiday. This is way overpriced for what you’re getting as they are charging you the same which is disgustingly. I contacted their customer support and they simply do not care! So making it my mission now to save others have this dreadful experience, we will never go back even when it is fixed. Poor service all round. It’s not difficult to serve hot food or give options to at least warm up toasters or something. The worst thing for me is they blame you! For not reading about the changes on the website. Can someone please tell me how many of us double check you are getting the same thing when you had it previously! Avoid avoid and go to the spoons x
