点评：These people are crooks & liars with absolutely no integrity or professionalism!
I cancelled a booking giving them 14+ days notice and they REFUSE TO REFUND ME despite being given every opportunity to do so.
I made a booking on 1st of February 2025 for 22nd of February 2025 and cancelled on 7th of February at 4:13pm.
Since the 7th of February 2025, numerous emails have been sent to them with them finally confirming on 10th of February at 4:58pm that I am entitled to a refund, and that the said refund of $87.00 would be paid to me by their Accounts Division within 14 days of that date.
That refund did not occur within the promised and indicated 14 days; and to date (2 months later), no refund of any amount has been processed back into my account that made the initial booking.
Since the 10th of February 2025, many more emails have been sent to them requesting my due refund with absolutely no refund being forthcoming from them.
DO NOT USE THEM.
