Vietnamese street food cookery class hits the mark!

点评：What a lovely way to spend a few hours.
My in-laws had gifted me a voucher for a Yarrow cookery class and I chose the Vietnamese Street Food option.
I joined 11 other folk at the cracking steading which hosts the school, tucked within the new and still developing Linlithgow Village. And what a fine time was had learning to cook a whole host of new meals.
Our hosts, Richard and Sophia, delivered a very relaxed few hours while cramming in a whole number of delicious meals and struck a balance that put us all at ease. There was another lady working there too, whose name I sadly can't remember, and thanks to her for her quiet but key help on the day. It was nice to spend some time with people I'd never met before who all obviously enjoy tasty food.
Thanks for the experience at your great new space - I will be recommending to others and hope the business continues to thrive as it deserves to. I also got brownie points for bringing some of the food home with me.
