点评:My grandson and I attended an introduction to breadmaking course, along with 8 others. The kitchen is amazing. Light and bright, roomy and superbly equipped. Richard was our host/tutor and he was excellent throughout our time there. He was most ably assisted by Sophia and Alice who kept us supplied with ingredients, utensils, coffees, teas etc.
We learned how to make pitta bread, rosemary focaccia, white yeast bread, hummus and whipped basil butter and we learned many hints and tips from Richard as he guided us through the various processes.
A most delicious and tasty lunch was provided and of course, at the end of the day, we took home the various breads we had made.
I can't praise the Yarrow cookery team enough, they deserve to be succesful.
My grandson and I had a wonderful time, we learned a lot and met some lovely people.
We're now looking to return for another cookery course in the not too distant future.
