点评：A very enjoyable morning and early afternoon preparing a fresh, zingy lunch. Expertly guided through the dishes by Richard, with Sophia and Tor helping throughout with advice, and keeping the work stations spotless, we ate our lunch outside.
Lunch consisted of Flatbreads, spicy Lebanese chicken, zhoug labneh with confit tomatoes, plus two wonderful salads, followed by a white chocolate cheesecake. I came away with enough to serve at home, very well received.
The class is held in a lovely, welcoming and well thought out space. Plenty of parking, which is great as well as near to the train station. Definitely one of the most welcoming cookery classes I have been to. Very clear, thoughtful guidance from Richard, as well as an interesting selection of dishes to work on. Highly recommend taking a class.
