点评:Today February 28, 2025 we went to the COX Science Center and Aquarium and we were very disappointed with the treatment we received during our visit, I was looking forward to an enjoyable and educational experience, but unfortunately my visit was marred by several instances of mistreatment by one of the workers there named ASHLEY, who was unnecessarily aggressive in enforcing the policies, I do understand that there are rules that need to be followed, but the approach was overly harsh and unwelcome. She practically kicked all of the school children out of the center, the whole time she was rolling her eyes and yelling at me and other parents. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. This behavior detracted my ability to enjoy and appreciate the exhibits, please do better in training your employees to deal with people and children and if your center is not capable to deal with field trips then please do not offer them. This is not how you treat paying customers.
I believe this place should be a place of learning and enjoyment where visitors are treated with respect and courtesy, unfortunately my experience fell far short of these expectations, I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and adress the issues with your staff to ensure that future visitors do not have to endure similar treatment.
