点评：I had a friend meet me in West Palm Beach to attend a show called MesMerica. I’m 72, permanently disabled and I recently had a hip replacement surgery so I am walking slower than normal. We arrived ONE minute late and were were denied access. The young girls who check you in were only too happy to not let us in as they had wide grins on their faces as they gave us the news. They then lied and said they offered
us the next show and we rejected that offer and that is a complete lie, they never offered us anything! Then I read other reviews of the show and people said it was not worth the money so I guess I didn’t miss much but we drove all the way there, paid for tickets and then were denied access by ONE MINUTE! It’s obvious that these girls were never trained n customer service! They were rude and had no empathy for my situation. I am 72 yrs old, permanently disabled and just had hip replacement surgery but none of that mattered to anyone. Very sad. Very bad customer service. Don’t go. The show is not that good and it’s not worth the money according to other reviewers! Save your money!!
