点评:If you have never seen a panoramic painting - yeah, probably worth going. If so do this museum first, as the ticket gives you free access to the permanent collections of three other museums.
3/5 because of the organisation.
I understand you have to manage the amount of people - if there is an amount! Every 30 minutes people are let into the panorama which means it is crowded. Before the start you get a long speech in Polish and the same inside. No information in any other language not even English.
So you have to be lucky to have seen the small sign about audio guides and realise you have to chase them down yourself.
I find this unfriendly and wonder why the staff works in the tourism industry.
The information on the audio guide cannot be stopped. You cannot go back or forward. So either you hold the device to your ear and listen or take photos. Both is not an option.
First the crowd stands evenly distributed along the railing of the panorama. Then it moves along with the commentary. That's you chance to take pictures from the area which is now abandoned.
After 30 min you get chased out, down a dark staircase although the ramp would lead to exactly the same spot.
And then you line up again to collect your coat which you had to hand in when you arrived.
